I have always found Danny is user-focussed, committed to providing effective solutions to defined problems in the sports technology field. Presented with a scenario, Danny has been able to come to terms with the subject matter of the topic being investigated very quickly. His review methods are thorough and critical and he shows a great ability to work independently, analysing the data and arriving at conclusions and solutions that provide a tangible benefit to the end user, be it an athlete under investigation, a lecturer/teacher, or research student. It would appear that Danny is a sportsperson at heart, and coupled with extensive experience athletes seem to benefit very well from his input.
